The Planet Group Solution

The Planet Group created a long-term, fully integrated online program with a single sign-on through Juniper’s partner center. Partner members were rewarded with points for positive sales and non-sales behavior. The program was flexible and could be updated with tactical promotions, ensuring that it was kept fresh and continually broadening its appeal by extending methods of point acquisition. The infrastructure enabled Juniper to use the program in a very strategic way, providing ongoing visibility into sales trends throughout EMEA, allowing them to target underperforming areas whilst also monitoring partner education through Juniper product certifications.
