The Planet Group Solution
The Planet Group provided a consultative approach to the issues faced, and prepared a value-added analysis proposal of Mitsubishi Electric UK’s channel system. Key to this process were a series of face-to-face interviews with Mitsubishi Electric’s distribution partners and analysis of performance. An initial review of current partner approaches, tools, materials, infrastructure, and metrics used was followed by the development of a gap analysis and transformation map which enabled The Planet Group to create high-level strategy and action plans.
