The Planet Group Solution

The Planet Group provided consultancy on how to develop and manage a partner program, and designed and developed a fully automated portal enabling Nuance to communicate effectively with both its managed and unmanaged partner communities. The portal provides automated partner registration and delivers specific specialization and regional views to partners with product information, news, events, contact information, marketing collateral, and sales tools relevant to their market, ensuring a positive partner experience. The program also provides a platform from which to deploy tactical promotions when appropriate. Subsequent phases of the program will deliver lead management, and marketing development fund/co-op modules to partners, making Nuance even easier to do business with.
